Houze Construction has undertaken several building projects for us, the most recent being 54 units of over 55’s accommodation on our development at Hameau de la Mer, St Clement. Houze’s always produce a quality job and are able to work within set budgets. They have a team of very experienced staff who are able to find practical and cost effective solutions to any issues that may occur during the build. We would have no hesitation in recommending Houze’s to any potential clients who wish to undertake a construction project and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

Description

David and Michael Houzé established Houzé Construction Ltd (formerly Houzé Bros Ltd) in 1988. In 2000 Ken Laurens was welcomed to the company as an equal Share Holder Director. 

 

Since that date they have built up the business, slowly increasing the size of contracts and the scope of works undertaken. Houze Construction Ltd generally has an average work-in-progress of £10 million.

 

Houzé Construction is renowned for its innovative and friendly service since inception, a reputation of which we are justifiably proud. Our aim is to deliver a quality service, completing projects on time, within budget, and ensuring our customers wish to return.

 

Michael & Ken remain directors of the company and were joined by Stewart Giles (Production Director) and David Cobbett (Commercial Director) on 1 January 2017. A "hands on" approach with all projects is the mind-set of the company having been maintained from the company's inception. The Directors provide experience, advice and guidance through all stages of the construction process. Ken is responsible for Tenders, Finance and running a busy Office.

 

The company is based in Victoria Village, Trinity; it’s office, jobbing joinery workshop, and “yard” are all contained on one site making economic sense, mutually beneficial to our clients in both finance and expediency.
